Our team aims to provide an efficient and reliable service so please ensure garment pockets are emptied as we are not liable for damage caused by such items.
We also cannot accept responsibility for articles left in clothing, shrinkage, fastness of colour, general wear and tear induced holes/fallen hems/opened linings or seams, damage to zips or loss/damage of buttons, sequins & beads.
In case of loss or damage, liability is limited to 5 times the price charged for the service for the said item.
Unless an itemised list of contents is included within your laundry bag, our count must be accepted as correct. In the case of the former, an additional £2 per bag will be incurred for the assurance of receiving your clothes in accordance with the checklist supplied.
Any complaints or issues must be reported to a member of Luxca Laundry staff within 24 hours of collection.
